Andria has been with the firm for ten years and is the supervising attorney for the Auto/Premises Specialty Unit or Fastrack Team, which is responsible for the resolution of simplified automobile and premises cases on an accelerated basis in all venues. The team utilizes alternative billing structures where appropriate.

In addition to assigning and overseeing cases Andria interacts on a daily basis with attorneys and paralegals on the team to ensure a high level of representation. Although her primary focus is to maintain this high quality, she also manages a select group of high exposure cases.

Perhaps most importantly, Andria tracks the various judicial interpretations of New York State Insurance Law 5101, the threshold law, and disseminates any new case law to our clients, members of the team and the firm as a whole.
