Brendan has spent his entire legal career at this firm.  Brendan has over the years developed  his writing abilities to where he is now the Partner in charge of the firm's Appellate Unit.  He briefed and argued legal issues such as contractual indemnification, the IDEA, and general negligence issues.  He interacts within the firm with attorneys at the trial level briefing them on possible appellate issues that may develop during the course of a trial. 

Appearing regularly before the Appellate Divisions in the First and Second Department, he has also successfully argued appeals in the New York State Court of Appeals and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.  Brendan has co-authored several articles that have appeared in the New York Law Journal.
