Christopher Kendric, a partner and trial attorney in the firm's Albertson, Long Island office, has over fourteen years' experience handling products liability, environmental mishap, and other high exposure personal injury and property damage cases, predominantly representing defendants.

He is also exclusive general liability counsel to Domino's Pizza, LLC in the metropolitan New York area.  That relationship was developed soon after he secured summary judgment for Dunkin' Donuts Incorporated in a high profile case (Wendy Wu v. Dunkin' Donuts, 105 F.Supp.2d 83 [E.D.N.Y. 2000]) where an independent franchisee's employee was raped while working the overnight shift by herself.  The case was unique and had potentially far-reaching implications as plaintiff's theory against Dunkin' involved the fact that it specifically required the employer, by the terms of its franchise agreement, to maintain a twenty-four hour operation.

A magna cum laude graduate of Fordham University in 1985, and from the University of Notre Dame School of Law in 1988, Chris recently obtained a complete dismissal of all claims against his client, after trial, involving a $2,400,000 fire loss (Charter Oak Fire Insurance v. National Wholesale Liquidators, 2003 WL 22455321 [October 29, 2003 S.D.N.Y.]; and 279 F.Supp.2d 358 [August, 2003]), and negotiated a $5,750,000 settlement with plaintiff's counsel on a claim involving a motorcyclist who was rendered blind and quadriplegic after encountering a roadway defect.
