National Wholesale Liquidators, 2003 WL 22455321 [October 29, 2003 S.D.N.Y.]; and 279 F.Supp.2d 358 [August, 2003]), and negotiated a $5,750,000 settlement with plaintiff's counsel on a claim involving a motorcyclist who was rendered blind and quadriplegic after encountering a roadway defect.
