Dave is a Partner and Trial Attorney in the firm's Albertson, New York office.  Prior to joining the firm in 1999 he represented self-insured clients with respect to their premises and trucking liability claims.

Since joining the firm, Dave has focused his practice on the representation of owners, tenants and contractors in the areas of premises liability, construction site litigation, construction defect claims, and trucking and automobile accident claims.  In addition Dave's practice also includes the defense of professionals, including Architects and Engineers.

Dave handles all matters from inception through trial.  He has successfully extracted scores of clients from litigation by means of motion, arbitration, mediation and trial.
