Gary Muhlstock is responsible for a wide variety of complex and high exposure cases, primarily in Nassau and Queens Counties.  Since coming to the firm, he has created and supervises the Insurance Fraud Unit, which is used extensively by several of our clients.

Prior to joining Ahmuty, Demers & McManus, Gary began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County where he spent four years prosecuting felony criminal cases from investigation through trial.  His experiences there provided him with a strong trial background in specialized cases.  His training and background as a prosecutor have proven to be a great asset in investigating cases and in handling matters that proceed to trial.

A 1986 graduate of the Touro Law Center, he held the position of Associate Editor of the Law Review.

Gary is the Village Prosecutor in Great Neck Estates and the Village of Thomaston in Nassau County, New York.
