Janice is the firm's first female partner and a senior member of the professional liability/municipal liability defense team.  She joined the firm in 1988 as a law clerk when she was still in law school.

She has concentrated her practice in the defense of various School Districts in all areas of liability and has focused her attention on matters involving employment practices, tenure disputes, terminations, sexual discrimination, age discrimination, racial discrimination and manners involving issues related to the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Janice is involved in cases involving intellectual property as well as general professional liability manners such as legal malpractice defense and healthcare defense.

When she is not busy handling depositions, appeals, mediations or trials, she is devoted to raising her daughter, Danielle, and her adorable new twins, Rebecca and Cayla.
