Mike is Managing Attorney for the firm's New Jersey office.  He has developed an expertise in complex property damage matters including construction defect claims, particularly those involving multiple parties.  He acted as lead defense counsel in a major property damage claim involving a wall which collapsed in Midtown Manhattan during the Christmas season in 1998, and was able to bring all the parties together and resolve all the property and personal injury claims.

Mike came to the firm with an extensive background in worker's compensation defense and regularly makes presentations to self insureds, as well as worker's compensation carriers, as part of their risk management seminars.  In addition to handling liability claims, he also represents clients before the New York State Worker's Compensation Board and the New Jersey Department of Labor, Division of Worker's Compensation.

Mike is also involved in premises liability actions involving malls in New Jersey .
