Neil joined the firm in 1995. After clerking for the managing partner, assisting with the administration of the firm's court calendar, Neil then became the law clerk for senior partner Philip J. McManus while attending law school in the evening. In this role, Neil conducted research and assisted in the preparation of legal memoranda involving complex and high exposure legal matters.

Upon graduating law school Neil was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York. He is also licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Neil is experienced in the areas of automobile defense, interstate trucking transportation, premises liability, labor law/construction site litigation, strict products/manufacturing liability, dram shop litigation, toxic tort liability, appellate advocacy, professional liability and nursing home litigation.
