Although well versed in all areas of personal injury and property damage defense, Tom has developed a particular expertise in New York State Labor Law litigation, including complex indemnity and insurance issues often associated with these cases.  Tom regularly lectures to insurance carriers on various topics, such as Labor Law and insurance coverage issues.

Tom came to the firm with an extensive background in insurance claims.  He has seven years experience as a liability claim adjuster and supervisor with Aetna and Travelers.
