Thomas who is a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort Unit has been involved in the representation of several large corporations in asbestos and mold exposure litigation.  His work within the unit entails traveling to various states for the purpose of conducting depositions and discovery.

When appropriate, Thomas will assist certain Partners in the preparation of high exposure and complex matters for trial or mediation.
