Catherine Everett is an associate in the Albertson office.  Ms. Everett works with partner, Glenn Kaminska, in the Insurance Coverage Group and handles insurance coverage matters with significant exposure, including those involving the World Trade Center disaster and multiple lines of insurance. She handles coverage issues arising from bodily injury, property damage, and breach of contract claims, as well as intellectual property matters. Her practice also includes providing coverage opinions and working in conjunction with Brendan Fitzpatrick, the head of the Appeals Group.
