Automobile/Premises Specialty Unit

Ther Automobile/Premises Specialty Unit or “Fastrack” Team manages automobile and premises liability cases involving one to two plaintiffs and basic fact patterns. Staffed with attorneys and paralegals, who work under the supervision of senior associate Andria Simone Kelly, this unit's proactive and organized approach ultimately makes for more efficient legal representation.

Our goal is to provide quality representation in a cost-effective manner. Although the overall philosophy of the firm is the early resolution of cases, the cases in this specialty unit are particularly susceptible to early resolution and thus, are handled on an accelerated basis. Given the nature of the cases, alternative billing structures are considered and incorporated where appropriate.

The use of summary judgment motions based on the No-Fault serious injury threshold, notice and other issues have resulted in the rapid and successful resolution of many cases. The unit keeps current on all threshold and notice case law and disseminates updated law to its clients and the firm as a whole.
