Professional Liability/Malpractice

In addition to our dental malpractice unit, the firm has extensive experience representing professionals in various specialties. Heading up the group is the Senior Partner, William R. Ahmuty, III and Partner, Christopher Kendric. It is our practice to develop a strong personal relationship with our client and to work closely with the client and the claims professional in resolving any claim against the client. In some instances such as architects and engineers, we often become involved at a pre-litigation stage when a client receives notification of a possible claim. Efforts are made to resolve any dispute prior to litigation. In addition to the trial of various professional liability cases, the firm has successfully been involved with arbitrations and mediations in these areas.

Where appropriate, we will provide assistance to a professional with respect to contract language which will benefit the professional in later dealings with their clients. Over the years, we have had success in representing lawyers and real estate agents.
