Ariel focuses his practice on defending cases involving labor law and construction site accidents, premises liability, property damage, construction defects, and automobile liability.
Prior to joining the firm, Ariel worked at two different Plaintiffs' personal injury law firms. It was at these two firms that Ariel developed his passion for tort law.
During his tenure at New York Law School, Ariel served as a teaching fellow for first year Civil Procedure students. As a teaching fellow, Ariel would assist 1L students in developing an understanding of Civil Procedure by conducting regular meetings with students and developing mock questions.
Currently, Ariel serves on the New York City Bar Association’s Tort Litigation Committee where he attends regular meetings aimed at tackling various issues faced by attorneys practicing tort law today.
