The Insurance Fraud Group is headed by Gary P. Muhlstock, a former Nassau County Assistant District Attorney. Several members of the group are also former Assistant District Attorneys, who have extensive experience in this area. These are experienced trial attorneys who can and will try cases involving alleged fraud.
Members of the group have extensive experience in the handling of suspected fraudulent claims for various insurance companies. By aggressively working with each carrier and conducting Examinations Under Oath at the earliest possible time, many questionable claims are concluded without payment, resulting in substantial savings to the carriers.
The members of this group regularly lecture on topics related to Fraud/SIU claims, and we work closely with many clients in devising a strategic approach to the handling of suspected fraudulent claims and cases.
