Loundy Desire focuses her practice on defending cases involving automobile liability, construction site accidents, and premises liability.
Prior to joining the firm, Loundy worked at a corporate law firm where she handled M&A, loan-related transactions, business formation and dissolution, and complex discovery matters in litigation.
During her tenure at Hofstra University, Maurice A. Deane School of Law, Loundy served as President of Tax Law Society, where with the help of 30 volunteers, she supervised the VITA program and oversaw the filing of 150 tax returns for free to serve the community of Hempstead.
She also interned as a Student Attorney at the Federal Low-Income Tax Clinic, providing free legal services to low-income clients in disputes with the IRS through representation, case analysis, and legal research. Additionally, she served as a Notes & Comments Editor on the Journal of International Business and Law.
